cheers to that! I happened to prepare a slab of marbled beef like that beauty a few days ago just this way, before watching this video because that's the way to do it :) Too bad I was too hungry to realize that I had already eaten the thing before tasting it haha. Oh, well, maybe I'll have to eat in the future as well?
But those videos are great for those of use that are almost there and just need a push in the right direction to go from yummy to YUMMMY!

@joeratti hey man where did you go to school for culinary. cause i attend johnson and wales probably the best culinary school there is in america. i learn from some of the best chefs in the country i dont just pull shit out of my ass. most top steak houses withyou you knowing probably add butter at the end of the steak cause believe it or not. it just so happens that butter brings out the flavor of the meat.

Honestly I think the most brilliant thing about his cooking videos is it isn't organized towards people that can't cook. If you can handle yourself in the kitchen you watch his videos with music and a 1 word description behind each step and you can make exactly what he is doing. Thumbs up to Gordon for not dumbing it down for the public.
