@fatherofwilliam most israelis feel proud to wear the uniform and protect their country, they get over it after a month in the army.
if you refuse to serve you get jailed (obviously, you break the law) for 2-3 months and then you are dismissed from the army.
most israelis nowdays dont care about your military service, although many are still disturbed by slackers.
settlers dont own militias, you maybe lived in iraq, not in israel.

@ImTehWord i thought that was israeli pride to be born to serve and protect israel. i thought if you are not serving in the army you get jailed and harrassed until you do? and what about the settlers who form their own militias in the settelments. lsn, i lived there i worked there and not agreeing with me liek thinking the world is flat. your in denail. salam.
