this is plate 130 of codex wallerstein plus a continuation we thought of ourselfs. should be executed by strong men. has not been tested in combat yet. because of the potential break we would not anticipate a repost of his other arm. when crappling, try and capture your oponent's left arm in the lock (with your right) so when you throw he cannot break his fall.

  • @kaindrg I believe you should be stronger/heavier then your oppenent when executing the throw, because in defense the victim could lean forward and make a counter-throw (in this case his arm might be broken, so not possible anyway). being stronger/heavier makes it easier to resist that counter/defense.
