Ryanair is cheaper and will get you there quicker in greater comfort. Travelled on Eurolines in 2007 and it was a 12 hour journey from Victoria - Amsterdam and another 12 hours from Amsterdam - paris.
Sure it is more convenient for belgium and luggage allowance, but it was the longest journey of my life.

Ich habe ehrlichgesagt noch nie Probleme gehabt. Fahre mindestens 1x im Jahr von Köln nach Tschechien (Pilsen), mit Eurolines. Okay, da ich die tschechische Sprache beherrsche bin ich natürlich im Vorteil, da der Busfahrer kaum deutsch spricht. Es hat im Bus nie gestunken oder dreckig.
