Damien Rice tells the story of "I Remember"

April 25, 2007: Damien Rice tells the story of why he wrote "I remember". It is allegedly written for a grocery store cashier that he marveled over. He found reasons and made excuses to go in the store even though his fridge was full. He wrote the first half of the song before he found out she had a boyfriend... thats when he wrote the second half. Enjoy!

It is the same story just told with different metaphors. He tells pieces of the story in different places from what i can tell. I remember is two parts, the milk and orange juice is a metaphor for the ending but this story is about the good times. Well thats what i think, don't take this as fact ha ha! He's still a legend anyway!
