Medical Marijuana & Common Sense, with Steve Marlowe

December 5th, 2007 - At home in Sunny View, North Carolina, just before going to court on charges stemming from a small Medical Cannabis grow, Steve Marlowe tells the details of his arrest, possible reasons for the police acting on a bogus warrant, and calls for common sense in enforcing laws that might impact medical marijuana patients, their caregivers and other innocents.
Perhaps the supposed large amounts of csah supposedly to be found was what enticed law enforcement to infringe on citizen's rights that night. Property seizure abuse fascilitated by the drug war is rampant in communities all across America and the 4th Amendment to the Constitution is not the only victim of "drug war exemptions to the Bill of Rights"!

Something that you all could do for me is call your representatives and senators, tell them it's a bad law and do it regular til it's done. Ask everyone you know to do it, too.

You know if we realy care about people like american,s should we would open up our minds to this as a treatment and not a drug!I have smoked pot for more than 20 years and I will go up against any enginer out there!It does not cloud up the mind like people would have you beleive!!!

The best thing we can all do is to immediately call your legislators in Washington and tell them to reschedule cannabis so patients will not have to be persecuted, arrested and prosecuted anymore. Not with my tax dollars you don't. Power To The People!!
