Nikon D90 D-Movie

video camera:I am almost a beginner...年に数回程度です。

右手でカメラを支えながらピント合わせ＆ズームは練習が必要かなと思います。
ちなみにLive View Modeは、D3、D300&D700みたいにピント合わせ(半押し)の時、画面が消える事もないので、とても使い易いです。

its neither normal nor an encoding error. its a video screen being shown on another video screen. make a video of your tv and you will see the same effect.
