sebarude, can you post a better (truer) translation? would love to hear milton's intended sentiment.
regarding this arrangement, I find it hard to listen to covers of milton's songs, because his voice and emotion are so much a part of the lyrical nature of his songs. Some songwriters write beautiful lyrics and arrangements that anyone can make their own, but I;ve always found that milton's work is always best by milton. I'm glad he jumped in here!

Sory but BOSSA NOVA was one of the most perfect kinds of music that was ever made and Tom Jobim is the best representant of this kind of music. Milton Nascimento was very blessed when he decided to sing it.

"Till" today I had never heard of Till Brönner. I am a big Milton Nascimento fan and this discovery made me very happy. Thanks for sharing this classic song from the album Clube da Esquina 2.
