@ImTheCanadianEh My mother always told to never eat the snow because of air pollution and things like that. As an environmental scientist you should know about that better than me haha! Great recipe though, thanks for the tips

@Frutella512 ahaha of course I know! I didn't want to get technical, but you're right. Unfortunately we get a lot of air pollution from the eastern United States here.. leaving snow/rain slightly acidic. Luckily, prevailing westerly winds bring lake effect from the Great Lakes, lake snow... diluting the acidity from the air pollution. So basically the snow is slightly acidic, but diluted... and anything going into your body at a moderate rate is fine. Like drinking too much water is bad.
