He left Wolfsburg when he was 23 to go back to America and play in the MLS, which had just been created. He spent the majority of his prime in Columbus, then Gave one last crack at Europe at 32. Now Fullham Fans recognize him as a club legend, and he's back in America playing, and scoring, for his hometown team. How can you not appreciate what this man has done?

To see an American have that captain's arm band around his arm for a EPL team is something special. McBride represents everything an American footballer should be.
