Very nice job and well formulated test.. I'm guessing you have an engineering background?

Other than the RWS pointed pellet, energy transfer results are about what i would have guestimated. Should you ever want to try others, contact me and I'll send along other brands of .22 pellets. I'm thinking the results from a test on crow mags, silver bears and kodiak's might be interesting.

@weehooker Thanks, 2 year engineering background and a lot of extracurricular thermodynamics research, mostly dealing with high speed fluid dynamics, I love that stuff :)

I did want to do some more tests with pellets like the Crow Magnum and Kodiak, I just didn't have them at the time, nor did I have the money. But I really want to do this test again, I'm going to try to get a big collection of new pellets and do it again this coming summer, so stay tuned if you're interested.

@emanuelf11 Yeah, I talked about two hollow-point pellets I tested, did you watch this whole video? I tested the RWS Super H-Point and the JSB Predator Polymag (hollow-point with polymer cone)
