  • this makes no sense....the lower back muscles are for extension, which is passive in this video....

  • @avaguitarestava Lol! Well actually, I completely agree with BretzelPretzel, cause if you think about it, doing an exercise like dead lifts concentrates on the lower back. This looks exactly like an abdominal crunch, no matter which way I look at it. This is the exact opposite motion of a dead lift. That's my opinion though. Thanks for reading haha :D
