Mitt Romney Flip Flops on Gun Control

Mitt Romney said at a gubernatorial debate on Sept. 24th, 2002 that "We do have tough gun laws in Massachusetts- I support them...I believe they help protect us, and provide for our safety."

Romney is a moderate republican at best! I like to think of him more as an assistant democrat. If people are looking for true conservatism-you won't find it in Mitt.

Yeah our gun laws are effective all right, that why I hear on the news just about every night someone got shot in Springfield. How many of the guns used in these shooting do you suppose are possessed lawfully? Do these indivduals have a license to carry the weapon? Not likely. That's how effective gun control is in Massachusetts. Now New Hampshire and Vermont to the North have very few gun laws and a fraction of the crime. Why do you suppose that is?

you wouldn't get very many votes if you had almost zero media support (or coverage) and all the other candidates making fun of you. Besides, do you know about ANY of the thing Ron Paul stands for?
