Driver Shot a Gun While Driving through Neighbourhood

A thug already in jail for allegedly stealing a car is in a whole other heap of trouble after a video of him firing a gun out a car window while speeding through a residential area was unearthed.

Ronnie Wynn, 24, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested in July after police said he crashed a stolen car.

Wynn, who calls himself 'Ron Gotti,' reportedly had several outstanding warrants out for his arrest.

The Columbian newspaper reported that he was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

But while Wynn was jail, he was slapped with additional burglary and criminal possession of a firearm charges in connection to a robbery at his uncle's house

In the video, which was uploaded to YouTube on July 1 and entitled 'Ron gotti shooting guns again,' Wynn is driving a car with a female passenger, who laughs as he points the gun out the window.

At one point, a loud 'pop' is heard as he fires the weapon.

He then turns to the woman, who is filming him with a cell phone camera, and says: 'Ya heard that? .45, b****!'

The video continues as Wynn speeds and takes sharp turns through what is clearly a residential area, with his screeching tires heard over loud rap music.

All the while, Wynn, who has a number of facial tattoos, is wrapped in a Hannah Montana blanket.
