I read a monograph called "Good Teeth, Birth to Death," or some similar title by Dr Gerard Judd, who is an American chemist who has studied the effects of fluoride for years. And he said all the Reservations were fluoridated. The Native Americans all get free dental treatment, and yet they have a high number of caries.
