A very generous interview, wonder if an interviewer in LA could get this much candor out of the original Sax Maniac. I want that Terminal City CD! btw, had the honor of being alto player in his horn section for a US mini-tour in 2003.

A really nice guy. Musically, after spending the last few days listening to Michael Jackson, I do find the band a bit awkward. Wonder if people realise he probably influenced Nick Cave and the Birthday Party, both musically and in appearance?

I've never seen James with another woman since Anya died. She was a legendary figure in the glam/punk/no wave. Someone should write a book about her.
