the withdrawal from juda and samaria is nessesary for a peace and justice. These teretories are a part of occupied land in the war of 1967 and not in the state of Irael founded in 1948. Arabs are not ready for a true peace but still they use these occupied land as a prejudice in order to attack Israel. Mr. sharone has understood these facts and decided to withdraw from gaza and a part of samaria in order to set a good atmosphere for peace.

these territories were won in a DEFENSIVE victory in 1967. if you say giving them back would bring peace and justice, what explains all the prior attacks and war before Israel took those lands from the attacking Arabs. What other countries give back land won in DEFENSIVE war? Did giving away Gush Katif to terrorists bring peace and justice? NO! -It brought more war and bloodshed.

No one is disputing the land won in the 1967 war. The land being talked about is land that was deemed the "Palestinians territories" in the 1967 peace agreement that Israel agreed to ie all "settlements" built in the Palestinians territories, as defined by the 1967 war and treaty, are according to international law, illegal.

Torture and ethnic cleansings thats the most stupid thing you can say to such a human state like Israel. The so called "palestinians" get ~170.000.000$ aid from the Israeli state every year. Israel also delivers dozens of trucks full of food,medicaments and water to Gaza every day. Israel gives medical aid to them in Israeli Hospitals.

And all this even if Israel knows that this people are just invaded the holy land for political reasons of the arab league/unity!

These are the true facts of The Goldstein Rescue: 1. Rabbi Dr. Goldstein was informed by Israeli intelligence that The Arabs in that mosque were plotting to massacre hundreds - if not thousands - of Jews that day. 2.
