Star Trek Enterprise & Stargate Atlantis - Parallelisms on pairing Archer/T'Pol and Sheppard/Weir

During a very interesting convo at Gateworld, we talked about "parallel scenes".
Well, I'm a fan of both pairings and I think there are a lot of parallelisms between them.
So I chose 5 key-scenes:
-The Gift
-Carrying The Lady
-Bedside Manner
-Suicide Mission
-The Hug
No music here, just the scenes to compare :)
And as SciFi writers are sometimes idiot (especially in love relationships), we can't fix these pairings in the reality, but we'll fix at least Sheppard & Weir in a virtual season. A Sparky Season 6! 22 fantastic episodes that will be created by the best writers of Gateworld Forum :)

wouldn't it be easier to compare with the paring of McKay and Keller?

You know I notice there is one major parallelism I see between Stargate Atlantis and Mass Effect. There is Major/Lieutenant Colonel John Sheppard on Stargate Atlantis and there is Commander John Shepard (if you play the default) on Mass Effect. Lol. Oh Commander Shepard is so much like Captain James T. Kirk. There is a lot of similarities between Star Trek, Stargate, and Mass Effect and I love all 3 franchises. Oh did someone mention Smallville? I love Smallville too (since I love Superman). :D

Don't forget about Smallville season 8 when Chloe was infected by Brainiac and Clark(Superman-in-training) was absolutely determined to find a way to save his friend. At the end, Chloe told Clark that she hoped that he would do the right thing for the world if there was no way to save her. He said, "As long as I'm around, that's never going to happen."

@nephtys1959 I never relized there were so many similarities between Archer and T'Pol's friendship/relationship and Sheppard and Weir's friendship/relationship. I just think its funny how many that there are.
