Lonneke Verbiezen won the SimpliFlying Heroes Award in February 2011 for her work in building up the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines' social media strategy.
The highlights of her work have been dealing with the ashcloud crises through Twitter/Facebook, and spearheading the KLM Surprises campaign - which received accolades worldwide! And in this interview, she describes how she managed to achieve such great results.
