then when its cooked you pour the flour in and then you cover the skilet with the lid as fast as you could then you move the skilet to the right,left,middle,and up and down so that it'll be crispy -_- and then for the fish sauce you have to have- fish sauce,fresh chilli,lemon,garlic,sugar, and umm this thing called "bot ngot" and hot water

ROFL!!! this shiet is just wrong thats not how you cook Banh xeo! you dont cook the meats first -_- you do it while you more the flour water or wat ever you call it but yeah supose to put oil in the skilet then onions then the meats and shrimp

I don't think this is a right way to make Banh Xeo. I can't tell you are vietnamese or not, but you pronounce Banh Xeo and Nuoc Mam correctly. I bet your nuoc mam tastes awful and your banh xeos are tasteless.
