its winter and my first liter will be in a barn..welpin pool set up..with a heater..whats the best source of heat can I have the pup outdoor liter other than a pad

I had to bottle feed at 2.5- 3.5 weeks, they drunk milk from a bowel and i wet the puppy food with puppy formula so it waould be soft. So 4 weeks. And the pregnancy lasts 65 days or so.
