Tire Gasification, FRP to Oil Recycling & Scrap Engine Block Re-smelting

This 1st facility features a waste tyre gasification plant that provides a local community center with its heat and hot water, it also sequesters the CO2 emissions by providing food grade CO2 to local greenhouses for agricultural plant production and has an integrated waste water treatment facility that is so clean that it's used as a turtle habitat and breeding ground for a local university.

Amazingly all at the same time that this facility turns end-of-life tires to high grade commodities -such as CO2e Credits, Diesel Fuel, Carbon Black Filler and Pure Re-smelted Aluminum.

The 2nd facility in this video is a Fibre Reinforced Polymer "FRP" recycling plant that recovers high grades oils from used and end of life FRP boats and manufactured items. These facilities have been used widely throughout Japan and are one of the most cost effective and commercialized systems on the market today.

The 3rd facility is an aluminum re-smelting facility that utilizes a portion of the waste heat and commodities from the previous 2 above mentioned plants to remanufacture pure aluminum from used engine blocks so that the materials can be re-used and reintroduced back into the manufacturing industry with a much lower carbon foot print than that of virgin materials.
