Today, Pakistan is faced with many problems. As Fatima Bhutto said, the nation is on a verge of a nervous breakdown. Pakistan is quite literally in the middle of fighting on the war on terror, as Taliban and Al Qaeda fugitives have taken harbor in the country. The nation is faced with high levels of poverty and economic downturn, forcing the country into a downward spiral into the depths of hell. With literacy rates as low as 36%, the Pakistani government MUST invest its time, effort and money into improving the state of its education system and educating more children. These children have the right to be educated and its our responsibility to ensure, these children are given an education. There is no doubt, as literacy rates increase, the economic and social conditions of Pakistan will improve drastically. Lets give a voice to those without one.

  • Very pathetic situations. I pity management.

  • @AnAlakazam Very malicious. Very very malicious. Learn something from the video. Eradicate illiteracy than only criticizing.

  • In all fairness, I will never learn to read or write Urdu, the characters seems to complex to be worth the effort. What is the definition of "literate" in Pakistan?

  • @ashishbehera1982 The illiterate ones are the Muslims. They bring the literacy level low. If they all left India like they were supposed to then India would have 90% literacy rate.

  • This is a problem in sub-continent. Even in India. However, at least the level of education is far higher in India.
