...To say these products are mostly used by young people and not have to data to back this up is also unfounded. The average age of users is 18 to 99. These ignorant lawmakers are out to make a name for themselves because this is a much easier issue to "solve' than balancing their states budgets, and taking care of their taxpaying citizens financial mess caused by lousy government spending practices, including pursuing laws to ban products that have no danger to society...

To call Salvia Divinorum similar to LSD shows a complete lack of respect and understanding for the kappa-opioid agonist, salvinorin A, and shows extreme prejudice and misinformation. To group salvia with synthetic cannabinoids is also extremely misinformed. These people have no idea what they're talking about. ha! It seems counterintuitive that anybody would want to criminalize things that they know absolutely nothing about. With wackjobs like this at the helm, it is no wonder why we've got all these enormous unbalanced budgets and deficits. No one has died from K2. Get your facts straight before opening your mouth and looking like a fool. This is not "fake pot" it is a legal alternative to marijuana primarily used by responsible tax paying adults. The products have been on the market for well over 6 years and have an excellent safety record. Any substance including many foods are bad for people and can cause health risks. it all boils down to overdoing any substance that can cause problems. TBC...
