Hi Dr. Alka
I read your copious article on the website, 'learnhowtobecomedentistuk'.
I am a bit unsure about the A level subjects needed for university entry requirements.
From the comments, I gather , Biology, Chemistry, Maths and maybe someother subject.
Is that right...would care to enlighten me on that. And also I have a question...why is dentistry more competitive than medicine? It might seem dumb to you...but I also wondered ....thanks

if everbody is buying the book, again the competition starts....

I have a Phd in Humanities, but I did A levels in Biology and Chemistry over 10 years ago. I am not sure how to approach. Do I need to take A levels again?
thanks

Is dental work part of the National health care package in the UK? I am an American and am very curious about the UK's Universal National Health Care system. We are in the throws of a health care revolution over here.
People in other countries always wonder why many Americans are against a National Health Care package. The answer is simple....most Americans just do not trust our government. It screws up everything it touches

do you think that if i do A levels in biology, physics, english language and Home economics.. i could do dentistry in uk?

@hazuninga ok i'll try my best
@inkey2
Yes dental work is part of the NHS, although not all parts of dentistry. Just enough to get you healthy
Yes the government can create havoc but also a great amount of changes

@CarlMusicUk
Those A Levels need to have Chemistry in them too. If you do you should be fine, as well as if you have the relevant work experience and good extracurricular activities
Good luck

Hi Carl
You must include chemistry in there, as all the dental schools want chemistry. Also you will need good gcse grades for some of the universities
Good luck
