USB Rocket launcher controlled with Kinect hack

I got myself a kinect to play around with. I decided to hook it up to a usb rocket launcher that I had lying around. It's done with a little bit of python, libfreenect and pyrocket. And no comments about the video editing - that was WAY more difficult for me than the hack itself! Oh, and thanks to my little brother Nils for filming it with my ipad 2. ;)

dude this is super cool. What if you automated the turret and used kinect for target acquisition ? Maybe with some face recognition program ? maybe a robot voice " TARGET IDENTIFY YOURSELF" lol
