@DColon614 I was annoyed with that too, uninstalled. There is another app that does video caller id (contrary to the Vringo claim that they have the only one) and you can create videos for individual contacts. There's a demo and paid version, I've only used the demo and only used it once, so I can't speak for it's reliability - It's called Video Caller ID (demo). Worth a shot.
