How do I back up my website, so if my host crashes I have my website backed up

a really good backup is having 2 HDDs in ur machine and when u save anything it saves it to both HDDs so if one fails you have a 100% copy on the other one

@Radikll I belive that linux should only be put on low-end computers such as the presario c500 I'm on at the moment.

@bizzy400 I've used Windows 7 since the alpha builds were available on the Internet... And I was able to buy Windows 7 cheap from school, which I use to game. But I don't like using Windows because it's poor for productivity, runs slowly even on the newest of computers, and has viruses.
