Play wii backups through disc channel no modchip

Sorry about shakey camerawork, i dont have a tripod.

This is to show that it is possible to play backup wii games through the disc channel. This is good if you dont like the slow loading speeds of the backup launcher.

To do this all you need to have is a backup wii game, the latest backup launcher, dvdx and cios installed. Start by putting in your backed up game. Then go to the backup launcher and reboot with hooks (b button). When your back at the wii menu select the disc channel and there you go.

Note: This works best with older games, such as excite truck. Newer games, like Call of Duty World at War, will have a load error.

Well I am trying to find out how to I play backup games like black ops on a 4.3 and also dvd's. every tutorial I tried it failed. something I am missing.

i have a 4.2u softmoded and i could not play back up games from dvd-r from neo gamma it wouldnt lunch the game but after looking your video i could play my back up dvd-r games i just went to neo gamma reboot option and change every thing to yes or patch and reboot and then went to disc channel and it works like a charm

hi me does not work when I turn on the game disc channel and start comes the announcement:

An error has occured.Press the EJECT

Button and remove the Disc,then turn

the Wii console off and refer to the Wii
