Cheers to the video poster, good video and its exactly what people need to know to assemble a toilet that is not pre-assembled to ready it for installation in a household. I recently purchased a house where the very first rubber seal was not installed correctly, and the toilet would flood very easily. If you did not know where those rubber washers went, you could easily make the mistake of purchasing a new toilet for a very low cost solution.

It's not his fault you could not even perform a basic task like googling for a video properly. Well done, best 2 1/2 min. I've ever spent. But what we idiots need isn't a video on how to do it but how to fix the bunch of things that can go wrong. I can't get those bolts between the tank and the bowl to stop leaking. I'll try your technique of rocking it. You work on the how to fix the screwed up job.

hi, i have an old toilet which has a water tank way way up above the toilet seating itself, they are connect by 2 solid pipes, how to i fit a newer standard style toilet ? any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
