Hi - In this video we demonstrate how to perform a Freestyle Flip Turn in 3 Steps. This video is recommended for Intermediate Swimmers but every swimmer is encouraged to try!
Step 1: Approach the wall swimming Freestyle
(Tip - Initiate the turn with your head first, then engage the core muscles to flip towards the wall)
Step 2: Position feet on the wall shoulder width apart.
(Tip - Keep your head locked between your arms in the streamline position as your feet remain shoulder width apart on the wall)
Step 3: Streamline push off the wall with underwater dolphin kick.
(Tip - Keep your torso and core muscles tight while pushing off the wall)
