@deanmullen10 they (may) answer you with that "the best explanation needs no explanation", as william creig and many other theists do.The better way to debunk the cosmological argument is that it's self-contradictory: It starts with the assumption that everything has a cause, and it ends with introducing something that violates that assumption.

creationism only makes the question it is asking more difficult. If you think a god designed humans cause its too unlikely for humans to exist by accident, surly you think its even more unlikely for god to just randomly exist without any cause and this means a creator of god is necessary yet a creator for that creator is also needed and another, another, exc. onto infinity, then you realize you cannot define a single creator and the whole thing doesn't make any sense.
