How to get Tethering on the iPhone 2G/3G/3Gs running 3.1.2 Firmware

You will need a iPhone 2G 3G or 3Gs must be jailbroken and a internet service on it. Download RockApp and myWi. This will ad native internet tethering to your iPhone then simply uninstall after you are done.

hey guys, help me, i did all, but wifi is not working, i see iphone network and CAN connect to it, but when i do so, i have no internet connection, it shows me i am connected but i just have no internet and i recieve no packages at all from iphone...still USB tethering works fine...what can i do? ok whenever i stop the internet tethering it still says internet thering at the top!!!! i did go into the mywi app because that was the only way to get it to work. now i cant shut it off. i press internet tethering off and it says its off but once i go back to the mywi app it says im on and it says im on while at springboard even there it says internet tethering even after its all off!!! PLZ HELP!
