In today's video, Michael Farrington from High Altitude Tennis shows you a tennis footwork drill to improve your tennis footwork and your overall tennis court coverage.

Tennis footwork, tennis fitness and overall movement on the tennis court is very important in tennis. The faster and tennis player can propel their body in multiple directions, the more balls they will get to. This all comes down to a player's overall tennis fitness and tennis footwork.

Use this tennis footwork drill to help your tennis footwork on court and maybe you improve your tennis footwork to the level of Nadal and Djokovic!

  • I have a workout that I designed for myself a few years back...its about 20-30 minutes of on court footwork drills/exercises. This is a great drill too. I'll have to add that to my routine....assuming my knees feel like cooperating...LOL!
