@TheLuscious Oh so u fault Jordan for takin so long to win yet when Kareem won in 71 it took 9 more seasons to win again & that's when Magic came along with the lakers. U talk about mvps well Jordan has 5 mvps 6 finals mvps & Kareem has 6 mvps 2 finals mvps playin with the 2 best PGs to ever play the game. Chances r Jordan would have 8 titles 6 league mvps if didn't leave in 93 & 98.

@TheLuscious Jordan didn't win right outta the gate cuz of his supportin cast. He was on a lottery team & built that team into a dynasty. Bill Russell is better? Really? He is not a complete basketball player. He struggled in his own era to score, his fg% is even worse than Kobe's. Yeah 11 titles in an era that had 8 teams & u only had to go thru 2 rds to win it all. His supportin cast had like 7 other HOFamers that's y they won so many times & that era lacked competition.

Don't you find it stupid to single out specific achievements that Jordan was inferior in? Why didn't you bring up the fact that MJ has the highest ppg of all time? 4 more Finals MVP than Kareem, 4x more all-defensive first team than Kareem? around 4 more ppg than Kareem?

No one can ever have the HIGHEST stat/achievement in every single category, you become the best by being the BEST ALL AROUND PLAYER

use a proper argument and people can take you seriously

So which of these players in NBA history come close to the overall achievement of 10 scoring titles, 6 finals mvp, 5 mvp, 1 DPOY, 1 ROTY, 3 steal titles, 30+ 50%, 33+ in playoffs career, 9x all defensive team, 10x all-nba first team?

MJ was the greatest ALL AROUND player, Russel had rings but not stats, Wilt had stats but not the rings and choked in playoffs, Kareem comes the closest to Jordan but Jordan edges him out

Kareem has more MVPs than Jordan and the same number of rings. FACTs boy not opinion. Mr. Russell has twice as many championship rings and the same number of MVPs as Jordan. FACTs not opinion like you. Oh, Russell won 8 rings in a row. They named Finals MVP trophy after Russell NOT Jordan. Enough said. Third best ever.
