A Jemi Story 1.3

so. i was bored; and i haven't posted in five days.
so, i got seveeennn comments on the last one. yippee[:

[short re-cap:
demi meets cody, taylor asks demi if she's free, selena gets mad and leaves, somebody's calling taylor's name]

"Taylor!" A girl's voice shouted from across the mall.
"Oh, not Victoria," Taylor muttered.
Victoria Justice was Taylor's girlfriend, or more like a sequin sewed onto a jacket. She was hard to pull off; so they were seen together most of the time. She was co-captain of the cheerleading team, with her long, brown hair and brown eyes. [A/N: i'm not sure what her eye color really is, though!] Her figure was perfect; lean, curvy, and she was pretty tall.
"Tay-tay!" She squealed, giving him an enthusiastic kiss on the cheek.
Why couldn't have you gotten here just a few minutes EARLIER? Demi thought. Selena was over-reacting.
"Hi, Vicki," he murmured. "So, Demi, what do you say? I need to ace this math test, or Mrs. Brandon will murder me. I'm going to have to quit football next semester if I don't get a grade higher than a C."
"Sure, come over at seven," Demi said quietly, picking up her belongings and going home.
As she was walking home from the Springfield Mall, she felt her thigh vibrate. She took out her new phone and saw "1 New Message from [random number]."
What the hell, Demi thought.

hey, demi, it's cody want 2 hang 2nite?

Demi flipped her phone up to reveal the keyboard and quickly typed,
cant, tutoring sum1 2nite. want 2 have lunch w/ me 2moro?

Demi shut her phone and decided to walk to Selena's. Sel was her bestfriend, she would give her a few minutes to explain.
[at Selena's]
"So, he meant about you tutoting him?"
"Yes, for the billionth time, Sel!" Demi said, poking her in the stomach.
"Want to order pizza? My mom's working late, so she said I could order something like pizza or takeout." Selena asked.
"Sure. My mom won't mind," Demi said, happily. She was still hungry since she only had a vanilla milkshake at the Dairy Queen. "Taylor's coming over at seven, so we have to eat fast, ha."
"Allright, Miss-Bossy," Selena giggled and picked up her phone, dialing Manny's Pizzeria.
[Demi ate at Selena's, she's already opening the door to her house.]
"Mom? Alexis?" Demi called. [A/N: i gave demi an older sister named alexis :)]
No response. Home alone. Again.
She trudged up the stairs, and walked down the hall to her sister's room, to sneak her leather jacket back into her closet. Demi usually stole things from her sister's closet, because she didn't have as much to wear as Alex did.
Demi opened the door, thinking nobody was there, but as soon as she did, she yelled, "OH MY GOD!"
