Great videos. You really know your Eagle. The videos will be a great help for when I clean mine. I just shot it for the first time tonight. Cheers!

whoah, a 9.2!? so how is your house still standing? or were you just kidding... hahaha, just read that second part where you said you bumped the camera. GREAT vid nonetheless because i plan on getting one of these babies at the next gun show in my city if the price is right... aka if i have enough money and it's the finish i want. would you be able to do a video of lubing up the parts, with like the type of oil, the different parts you put oil on, how you apply it, etc?
-
do you ever have to replace the springs?
-
I'm with you about the oil. I have the 44 magnum desert eagle in black finish and I use hopes ELITE gun oil and I have had zero jams with magtech ammunition keeping the bolt and gas pin oiled well.

hey pal...instead of reassembly..why don't rewind your first video...its desame?...LOL!!..just kidding..

Do you have any advice on slide release spring installation?

It's a pain. I have a scratch on my frame because of it. The way I got it was to first insert the one side of the spring into the slide release. The slide release was not pushed all the way into the frame. Then I pushed the slide release further into the frame. Then using like a toothpick or something of the sort, I lowered the spring down until I got it in the hole in the frame. This took me several tries and was one of the hardest gun related things I've ever done. Hope that helps you some.

one funny thing is that the soft air replica I have is almost built like an original desert eagle so I can use your tutorial on my soft air gun, too :) nice tut, good explanations.
Are you planning to make a speed assembling vid? That would be nice

I thought it was wierd that people were asking me questions about their airsoft and I was like "no, this is a real one". What a suprise I got to find out some airsofts have internals just like a real one. I can make a "quicker" version I'm sure...if my big fat fingers can handle the stress!
