Ma lo stile non è "assolutamente innovativo" come lo definite voi; c'è un altro artista locale (pescarese) che suona in questo modo. Mi chiedo se sapete di chi sto parlando,vi occupate di musica no?

@umberto73 ma che discorso è? a parte che la sua ricerca musicale non si ferma alla chitarra acustica solista... ma poi sarebbe come dire che i Beatles non sono niente di nuovo rispetto a Chuck Berry. L'innovazione non è inventarsi qualcosa di nuovo, ma fare proprio qualcosa che esiste già.

Buongiorno, perdona la mia precisazione ma di chitarristi/e che suonano in questo modo ce ne sono stati. Non è uno stile nuovo, anzi. Si può passare da Michael Hedges a Andy McKee, da Antoine Dufour a Don Ross. Lei è bravissima, complimenti, ma niente di nuovo sotto il sole. Saluti, Umberto.

honestly, the only song where i can really hear preston reed is magaziene, and she gives him credit. did he play a lap steel? not to mention she hardly ever plays her ovation anymore, and now she sings alot and there are no two hand tappping techniques used on her new cd. But yeah, shes deffinatly preston reed down to every detail...

Actually, everytime she mentions her influences she does. I've heard her mention that attending his (preston reed) workshops had a influence on her playing.

Hmmm... Kaki king needs to mentioned Preston every other chance she gets since she looks to emulate his style down to the Ovation Adamas guitar that's used...it seems to be obvious to me if your taking so much from an original player you need to clarify on a on going basis that you are not that original... instead of leading people to believe otherwise
