Geneva Conventions IV Human Rights

Brief description of the Geneva Conventions and images showing their every day violations in the occupied territories.

WE, International Community HAVE the DUTY, the legal, moral, human OBLIGATION to do everything we can do so these Conventions, and particulary IV Geneva Conventions which applies to Palestinian people, which not only should, but MUST PROTECT these people are respected.

The violation of these articles represent war crimes, and even crimes against humanity.

And it's not only Israel, but we as silent accomplice who are guilty as hell.

Some notes :

The first Geneva Convention of 1864 dealt exclusively with care for wounded soldiers; the law was later adapted to cover warfare at sea and prisoners of war.

In 1949 the Conventions were revised and expanded:


1st Convention
- wounded soldiers on the battlefield

2nd Convention
- wounded and shipwrecked at sea

3rd Convention
- prisoners of war

4th Convention
- civilians under enemy control

Gaza est une prison à l'air libre où les prisonniers ont moins de droit que ceux de Guantanamo. La Cisjordanie est un territoire déchiré en confettis où tout est réglé au nom des colons. Et ils disent que c'est la Paix... ce sont des violations des Conventions. Et pas une semaine sans morts violentes. C'est inhumain.

La "guerre" bat toujours sous plein... même sans le bruit des bombes des Palestiniens sont bloqués à des points de passage humiliants, voient des terres confisquées au nom de colonies à agrandir. Des murs encerclent totalement des villages.

... Oh timothy... C'est ça le plus terrible, c'est que tout, tout a déjà été dit... Tant de jours, tant de nuits, tant de gens ont tant dit, et tu vois, je me dis que c'est simplement insupportable toutes ces vies brisées. Il n'y a pas un seul enfant palestinien qui n'a vécu un deuil, un traumatisme monstrueux. C'est impardonnable. Mais ce qui le serait plus encore c'est de ne pas donner, enfin, un signe clair aux Palestiniens. Les protéger des spoliations et dévastations quotidiennes.

Once again I'll repeat : Every time Palestinian came with olive branches, Israel prefered to tear off entire acres of olive trees and make walls. As long as Israel has this impunity to kill, you'll make the game of these forces which are using Palestinian'cause.

As you may know, while we're sitting here and talking, they have no eletricity, no water, no roof, no computer... They feel alone, forgotten, and if some believe hamas is their only possible choice and help who is to blame ?

Enough is enough !

Even Paris, its large streets, police officer with fine costumes and organisation cannot prevent cars being burnt... Look at the state Israel has put Palestinian society ! how, how can they organise anything ? They even cannot work ! (art 52) is violated for months and months... Even if everybody can say a lot of things about hamas, its allies, and all, it would be good, for once that this kind of impunity in taking and breaking lives, stops, because it's simply unhuman.

Peace, love and harmony are disappearing in the name of a lot of sad things.

Basically I believe in Lucy. I believe that we all come from the same root, and that we're all branches of a same tree that grew apart.

We're all technically from the same essence, have the same sap flowing in us, but sometimes, sadly, we don't see our link to earth or sky from the same point of view.

Humans are so unhuman that they need written laws above them talking about Respect of Life, of seeds of Love.

So, excuse me but after the abominations we saw, and so much we didn't see because of the terrifying state of prisonners kept between walls made of Palestinians families, I find it a bit easy, and undecent to discuss Hamas under a video that talks about Israel's terrible ordeal on palestinian civilians. What if Israel had not given the image of silly fools to people talking peacefully ? Israel even tries to break peacefull people. And who can blame ignorance while even shelling unwra schools ?

Yesterday, some new acres of land were taken from palestinian hands to make a commercial center, a coffeehouse ?? I don't know. Look, I'm sorry, but I think that every day... even when Israel is not shelling some phosphorus bomb on civilians, we see violation of art 49 : putting one's own population on an occupied territory. Since Arafat shook hands with Rabin there is 150% more colonies, 1 million Jews from Russia, something like 20% people more...
