Gunz - Instafall Juggle (Void Step)

A short instafall juggle...

Instafall: Flip, Cancel flip animation with a Block, Jump, Slash
Void Step: Slash (Hold), Wait until the end of the slash, Repeat
Double Butterfly: Jump, Slash, Block, Dash (Optional), Slash, Block

You can Double Butterfly from Instafall by adding a Block, Slash, and another Block to the end of it. If you Instafall like this, it's extremely easy to juggle your opponents. (Just start slashing after you do it.)

Void Step can be chained into any "ground" move with almost no delay. Void Step, Two Hit Combo + Block is one of the fastest (if not the fastest) melee combos in the game, assuming you perform it with kodachis. Alternatively, you can do Void Step, Jump, Slash. The two slashes will come out the same speed as a two hit combo (if you do it correctly). This combo is particularly useful, because it chains into any aerial move. The only reason I don't use it often is that it gets harder to time as your Void Step combo gets longer.

The combo I used in the video is...
Instafall (Double Butterfly down), Void Step (Once), Two Hit Combo + Block, Double Butterfly, Void Step (Multiple), Two Hit Combo + Block, Double Butterfly

(Void Step, Two Hit Combo + Block, Double Butterfly is my personal combo.)

Notes:
~ I used Lightweight Kodachis.
~ My "opponent" had 100 HP and 44 AP.

It is. The problem is that void step with kodachis is simply too fast, and you end up walking past your opponent if you void step full speed. If you want to juggle with void step alone, you'll have to void step slower than usual.

(You can juggle with something like Void Step -> Two Hit Combo + Block -> Repeat. I just like Void Step -> Two Hit Combo + Block -> Double Butterfly because it's pretty.)

What you can do, is to just start the void step a tad early, when attacking the opponent. This will cause the opponent to also be pushed back along with the slashes. (:

Not sure if that will work. I don't think Void Step pushes opponents back far enough to compensate for the forward movement it provides.

You can instafall with kodachis the same way you instafall with swords. The timing is just a little different.

So in void step do you just keep slashing? Or do you slash once and slash again(hold) and repeat. like in dash you tap w and you hold w for 0.2 seconds. Or do you just keep slashing(hold for 0.2 seconds). I don't know if void step is used in quests a lot, sounds like a faster gbf, or a more damaging dagger walkslash ppl do in quests.. but it's kinda a cheat way in insta games in duel matches since its ez to master and after the first 2-3 slashes, its hard to miss the next ones
