This is actually a TDM-5108. 5106s had standee windows.

I'm guessing that's a little longer than a 40ft., if you start @ 0:07 and compare it to the side of a fishbowl this bus has more windows so take the windows that resemble the fishbowl's slant them and add a inch to each side that will leave still a large window 2 small ones and a baby window in the rear, a fishbowl is four slanted a middle window (suburban) or a backdoor (transit) and a small one between the front door and the first window, I mean I could fbe wrong???
