Hey, sorry I've been out of the loop. I went crazy eating after the wedding... and school has been so, so, so stressful. I've also been drinking a bit more. I gained all my weight back... but I know it's entirely my fault. I am planning on going on a juice fast again, and hope to make it a full 30 days this time. Hang in there!

@MyLossIsMyGain That's exactly what I was thinking of doing for baby steps - just getting some food and finding some place close in Central Park and just sitting on a park bench and just normalizing eating for me. The whole health scare earlier this year was a huge headf%ck.. and you're exactly right, I am trying to move on but I do feel hung up now on this weight issue, plus plenty of other things. It is complicated.. I know I can make it through it will just take time. Thanks for the support!
Did you say fast during the day & eat at night? ... Like what I do everyday?

@ihrmc Never thought of myself as fasting ... just only seem to get around to eating about once a day, and usually at the end of it.
( plenty of coffee & cigarettes to keep me going mind you! : ) ... : (

And I understand how you feel. because I am the same way... but it sounds like you've got some OCD things that you need to not let get out of control... don't let it cause you to be isolated... And you know things aren't so black and white... just remind yourself that.

@Juice4Solace I think what I really need is to chill out and definitely stop looking at things as so black and white. I know in my heart that my biggest goal is to heal my gut, and eat a good and nutritious diet, but fasting helps me control my cravings that just get out of whack sometimes. I hope I can break my Thanksgiving sugar thing for good with a few more days of water fasting, and then maybe it will just be time for me to learn how to be normal and eat! lol. Thanks for the support xoxo
