Be careful with your back Cathe, when you finish a exercise like the dealift you must leave the dumbbells on the floor (and then you come up slowly) for a few seconds. After you can walk away with theim. Protect yourself. Luis

Cathy's awesome! People shouldn't even compare this to p90x which is simply part of a marketing scheme called beachbody.
Cathy's workouts are definitely more serious and I love that she doesnt walk around and basically bs throughout the whole video like other instructors. Plus, her workouts give you real results. If they don't, you're doing something wrong.

@marykmac07 Umm actually that's not true at all. Sorry, but if you want a great body, lose fat as fast as possible, achieve ultimate health, and no cellulite -you gotta lift weights. It's a proven fact that weights burns WAY WAY more fat than cardio. All these women's arms are not huge, they simply have muscles -big difference. And frankly, I personally prefer those arms than huge fatty arms.
I'm not trying to be mean or anything but I would give weights a try.

This workout is great if you want huge muscle arms. I love to be tone but not huge in the arms. Guys weights
