  • A little hint about the kettlebell workouts. Kettlebells are pretty expensive, but you can replicate some of these with dumbbells (with a handle and removable weights, not the cast kind). Put more weight on one side than the other and it will have the same effect.

  • Dude this is just bullshit...why ya are stressing your body too much. Ya need to do all those.. Bench Press with dumbel n barbell are alot....

    For the first one with the fit ball you can do a variation with two fit balls, then progress to 3 (one each arm and one for feet)..Great.
