If the towing operator would have uprighted the vehicle without an issue you all would be in awe. I have been towing for over 25 years and use this method from time to time. A couple rules to live by while towing: Never let a fireman suggest anything during a recovery and a stringer has no say at all.

I totally Disagree...This Operator also tows booted cars for the city & does many other tows...I would not want this dipshit towing my car if he cant figure out how to upright one the right way...would you allow this person to tow for you after being in the biz for 25 years and not be worried more cars would get fucked up...Im a stringer and dam right i have a say so bro!

@mutt300 But the goal for any professional towing company is to recover the vehicle 'damage free'. That means not causing any further damage than has already been done. Sure, it's not going back on the road, but it's worth more to a salvage yard the less damage is on it. That means the insurance company get more for it, the claim is less, the guys premium isn't hiked up as much, it's all a knock on effect. Doing the job properly costs nothing. Doing it like in this vid costs your reputation.

I still don't get it. There's thousands of these type of video's on Utube showing tow truck drivers abusing their equipment to do a job. Why don't any of them use their winch, to carry out a CONTROLLED rollover? Instead of trying their luck, damaging their own vehicles and causing further damage to the casualty vehicle? It would have been quicker to have winched it, the way it should be done properly. If one of our drivers did this, they'd be straight out the door.
