Your punches are completely off; punch straight and remember to keep your guard up. Your rib kick isn't high enough and doesn't direct the knee properly, as well as the fact that it lacks any pivoting force.

@Tommyeyeless It's not fatigue I was referring to, it's your technique, or lack thereof.

your not twisting your hip in your kicks, i doubt theres a pivot, your arms drop after each punch, your shoulders arent blocking your chin, you didnt bend your knees on your body kick, and dude you just strait up need lessons

thats good but u have to stretch the leg a bit as ull get more power in if you can hit the bag harder
