Filthy house "unfit"

Several different agencies convened on a house at 382 Jackson Hill Road in Jackson, Ohio on Tuesday, Sept.m 13, 2011 for what many described as, "The worst place we have ever had to go to."
Those responding to the scene wore respiratory protection due to the conditions of the home. Those on the scene described a putrid smell, which was unbearable to some responders.

Three adults, Donald E. Martin 40, Mildred (Millie) L. Woolever, 39, Timothy Woolever, 20, and three juveniles called the place home. The ages of the juveniles were 17,13, and 8-years-of-age. The family reportedly lived in the house that actually belongs to Mildred's family member.
