I'm sorry, but what are you doing? There isn't much of a problem with him pulling those kids (depending o how much they weigh), but he needs a harness to be doing that, not a standard dog collar. That is so bad for his breathing and neck. I'm not trying to be an ass, but just concerned for the dog. Please get him a harness.
