Apple iPhone 3G S and Griffin iTrip AutoPilot review

This is my personal review of this combination. My old Griffen Roadtrip did not work anymore with my new iPhone, so I searched for a new FM transmitter.

I was very suprised how good this iTrip AutoPilot works. The manual is not very precise and I found a few new things out, which I show in my video.

Make sure to search for the best position in you car. I made the experience, the higher the iphone is e.g. on your front window, the less static noise you have. I have no static noise at all in my car, when I use the iTrip.

No, unfortunatly not. You hear the voice via the iPhone speakers :(

Yes, I have the new 3GS 16 GB. Why can't you get yours to work? What is not working? Can't you find a free frequenc or does it not work at all?

Thanks, I actually just purchased the navigon app along with the belkin FM and the Griffin car mount. I found it funny that I was looking for a review on just the FM transmitter and found someone reviewing all the accessories I just got lol

is it only for an iphone?? i got one and it wont work for my ipod (30gb) and my itouch (16gb, i think 2nd generation). i plug it into my car and it wont light up and the little controller thing wont even turn on?! thanks for the help

Hey Please please help me, i have the very same unit, but after time, the wires came loose over time, ( i recomend having a good window attach, mine was crappy and fell all the time, so the cord was being pulled all the time and because of that the wires inside got lose )

please open it, and tell me the order of the wires.

So im asking if you could open your unit, ( you dont need to brake it, you just, open the dark / clear plastic, and then you will see the board with all the wires )

please open it, and tell me the order of the wires.
