@richbullva No,blacks learned music from whites. This music existed before African Americans existed and before America. Whites had folk,country,and english drinking music. This is the roots of black music (blues). Black music is not African. There is no Africa to it. It was a white who sang sad and happy songs in the english language first. Blacks first sang folk music not blues. It is a misconception. Blacks got blues from what already existed and I am positive of this.

@CHRISTopher3912 And let me correct you, the modern human (Eve) is 250,000 but her ancestor is 4.7 million in Africa. You have to remember the DNA main branches are in Africa. Until they can find the main DNA beginnings out side of Africa, there is no argument.
